Expert Expansion of Store Network (HG+CV)

WHAT SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES DO YOU NEED:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions;

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Identify commercial spaces suitable for supermarket activity;
• Visit commercial spaces, annexes, access routes;
• Verify sketches/plans of commercial spaces (in case larger technical modifications are needed, collaborate closely with the Technical Department);
• Request and verify property documents of the space in collaboration with the Legal Department;
• Identify the main competitors in the area;
• Prepare sales estimates (feasibility studies) which are presented to the Executive Committee;
• Negotiate commercial contracts under advantageous terms for the Company;
• Closely monitor any legal, technical, or operational issue until it is resolved;
• Report the status of project execution to the direct manager;
• Approve technical documentation for products and services generated by the department;
• Propose technical solutions to the department that initiated the project;
• Responsible for the fixed assets within the department.
