Tasks

• Independent implementation of customer projects
• Promote digitalization, optimize and shape corporate processes & strategies
• Lead workshops, trainings & pitches for our customers
• Close cooperation with our development team and guidance of the development process
• Take on multiple exciting projects simultaneously
• Be the go-to person for your team for complex tasks and projects
• Mentor senior consultants

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting; preferably also industry cross-entrants in an expert role
• Extremely quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and very high self-motivation
• Team spirit with a passion for challenging tasks and complex problem-solving
• A can-do attitude paired with profound technical expertise
• Fluent language skills (at least C1) in German & English
