Expert Individual Savings and Retirement H/F

The position: You join the Regional Direction Champagne-Ardenne as an Expert Individual Savings (Life Insurance and Retirement), at the heart of customer relations and commercial development. Your mission consists in promoting, animating and accompanying the development of the Epargne et Retraite range among agency sales consultants and entrepreneurs' business managers. Both a technical expert and a commercial partner, you actively contribute to achieving the objectives of the department by providing expertise and support to the teams involved in the sale of individual savings and retirement products. Your main tasks will be: • To analyze the market trends and identify new opportunities for Epargne et Retraite sales; • To develop and implement a commercial strategy for the Epargne et Retraite range, taking into account the needs and expectations of our customers; • To provide technical support to the sales teams and ensure that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to promote the Epargne et Retraite products effectively; • To maintain close relationships with the sales teams and entrepreneurs' business managers to understand their needs and expectations, and to identify new opportunities for Epargne et Retraite sales; • To contribute to the development of a positive image of the company by promoting its values and commitments through internal and external communication channels. Requirements: • Master's degree in economics, finance or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in individual savings and retirement products; • Strong knowledge of the Epargne et Retraite range and its features; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in French (written and spoken).
