Expert Pensions and Retirement Collective H/F

The position: You join the Regional Directorate of Pays de la Loire as an Expert (Pension and Retirement Collective), at the heart of customer relations and commercial development. Your mission consists in promoting, animating and accompanying the development of Epargne Retraite sales to the team of business/entrepreneur account managers. Both a technical expert and a commercial partner, you actively contribute to achieving the objectives of the Epargne Retraite range by developing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies. Your expertise in pension and retirement collective schemes will enable you to provide high-quality support to our clients, helping them to optimize their pension and retirement planning. You will also contribute to the development of our Epargne Retraite offer by identifying new market trends and opportunities for growth. Your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information simply will be essential in this role. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure a comprehensive approach. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders.
