• Higher education in the field of Mechanical Engineering, IT and/or Agriculture;
• Advanced knowledge of digital system initialization and optimization for agricultural equipment;
• Advanced knowledge of digital platforms, CRM;
• Ability to manage complex digital project implementation processes;
• Basic knowledge in Marketing;
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role;
• Analysis skills, including performance indicator-based analysis;
• Leadership and communication skills;
• Confidentiality, loyalty, team spirit;
• Advanced knowledge of the English language; availability for travel to the area of responsibility;

• Defining and implementing the company's digital strategy, proposed projects by partners;
• Identifying and selecting efficient technological solutions for clients;
• Managing and coordinating system implementations and necessary technologies;
• Promoting digital solutions to clients;
• Providing specialized support to employees and clients in acquiring and using digital platforms and applications;
• Instructing internal personnel and clients.
