As Billing Expert, you'll be the hub of correct and timely invoicing for our contracts. You'll ensure that our customers receive the right invoices and contribute to optimal cash flow.

• Processing complex billing processes according to contractual agreements.
• Checking and correcting invoices.
• Maintaining customer data and contract information.
• Maintaining contacts with internal stakeholders (sales, account managers).
• Identifying areas for improvement in the billing processes.
• Quickly adapting to ad-hoc questions and changes.

• Demonstrable experience in billing, ideally in a contractual environment.
• Precise, analytical, and stress-resistant.
• Able to quickly pick up new systems and procedures.
• Strong communicator and customer-oriented.
• Willing to invest extra energy in the initial learning phase of processes.
• You are extremely precise and have an eye for detail.
