The role of Expert Business Process Management (BPM) M/F

The BPM expert's mission is to support the Business Processes factory on numerous projects related to the product vision, such as:
the deployment of the strategic vision around BPMs and AI-enhanced platforms, ensuring its implementation in line with partner/client expectations.
the prioritization of work among all impacted stakeholders
the facilitation of associated committees

Main responsibilities of the role:
Management of the BPM product vision: Be responsible for building the product vision and roadmap for all BPM-related projects (enhancement with AI, connection to RPAs, etc.)
Identify use cases within the group for the use of an enhanced BPM platform.
Prepare, in collaboration with the Product Manager and Product Owners, the planning of seasons.
Participate in the implementation, coordination, and sharing of seasonal commitments.
Scoping partner needs: General scoping of needs in relation to all partners and stakeholders.
Liaise with other needs that have been expressed or have already led to the implementation of a response/work to promote project pooling and thus cost savings, reduced delivery times, etc.
Communicate project progress to other factories and various stakeholders
Monitoring commitments and cross-functional projects around the factory's BPMs: Propose BPM solutions to be developed to meet customer needs and Arkea's strategic challenges: scoping, design, planning, monitoring, etc.
Ensure regular visibility on work progress to management and factories

Professional experience
We are looking for an experienced project manager or product owner (more than 5 years of experience in BPM project management) capable of leading projects and having an ambitious product vision in a complex and strategic environment.

Technical skills and aptitudes:
Demonstrate proven mastery of BPMs (Business Process Management) to model, orchestrate, automate, and pilot various business processes
Adopt an active watch approach for various technologies responding to the constant evolution of different solutions in BPM and artificial intelligence.
Having already worked on the BAW tool would be a plus to support the team and successfully complete the various upcoming projects.
Take a high-level view and have a strategic vision oriented towards product and results.
Anticipate, propose solutions, and manage risks and contingencies in project and product management activities.
Champion convictions, influence, guide, facilitate.
Formalize and report.

Analytical mindset and rigor: to facilitate design work, reporting production, as well as control execution in compliance with procedures/methodologies and very strong waiting times
