Expert Business Analyst

Our Client is an international organization implementing projects in the area of digital transformation, data integration, and the development of modern solutions supporting key business processes. The project focuses on analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and collaboration between business and technology areas. The scope of cooperation includes process modeling, data analysis, documentation preparation, and supporting the implementation of initiatives conducted in an Agile environment. We are looking for a person to cooperate in the role of Expert Business Analyst, who will be responsible for conducting the most complex business analyses, defining the analytical direction for implemented initiatives, and supporting project teams in designing solutions that meet the organization's goals. Cooperation Model: Warsaw – hybrid model (3-4 days a week from the office) ⏱️ Availability: We are looking for people with a maximum 1-month availability ‍ WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Conducting business analyses for complex initiatives involving multiple areas of the organization Defining the analytical approach and recommending solutions supporting the achievement of business goals Leading workshops, analytical meetings, and clarifying requirements with key stakeholders Preparing documentation including business and functional requirements, User Stories, use cases, and process specifications Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for their optimization and automation Cooperating with development teams, architects, Product Owners, and testers at all stages of project implementation Supporting the team in defining business analysis standards and ensuring the consistency of prepared documentation Analyzing data flows and supporting the definition of requirements for system integration Utilizing SQL for data analysis and verification of information used in the project Working with Jira and Confluence tools for requirements management, documentation, and task execution WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Must have: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Experience in analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements Ability to conduct workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders Experience working in Agile methodologies Practical knowledge of SQL Experience working with Jira and Confluence Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into requirements for technical teams Good work organization and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Knowledge of English at a minimum B2/C1 level Experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, digital transformation, change management Knowledge of Python and basic API integration Nice to have: Experience with Databricks Knowledge of JSON and XML data formats Experience in projects for the logistics or transport industry WHY IT'S WORTH IT?
