We are looking for a versatile IT specialist, with experience in managing technical infrastructure and skills in multimedia production. The ideal candidate combines solid technical abilities with creativity and the capacity to provide efficient support in a dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities:

· Administration and maintenance of internet and telephone networks;

· Management of Active Directory, servers, and hosting platforms (cPanel/WHM);

· Troubleshooting software and hardware for IT equipment (computers, printers, technical devices);

· Coordinating the acquisition of IT equipment and managing inventory;

· Providing technical support to all organization employees;

· Organizing and managing online events through video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, BlueJeans);

· Preparing and realizing live transmissions (professional video and audio production);

· Identifying and implementing IT digitalization and optimization solutions;

· Video editing and multimedia content production.

Candidate profile:

· Bachelor's degree holder with a long-term diploma;

· Professional experience of at least 3-5 years in technical IT support or system administration;

· Solid knowledge of: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking (routers, switches, access points, VPN);

· Experience with video conferencing platforms and live transmissions;

· Skills in video editing and audio production;

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills;

· Excellent synthesis and analysis capabilities, as well as advanced organizational and planning abilities;

· Analytical thinking, strategic planning, negotiation, and excellent communication;

· A broad and coherent vision of professional development continuity;

· Excellent teamwork skills;

· High ethical standards;

· Ability to disseminate information and knowledge in the field;

· Fluency in English.
