Expert Assurance Quality and Control Quality

To join one of our clients, a biopharmaceutical company in full growth based in the canton of Vaud. We are looking for an Expert QA for QC who will be responsible for supervising quality activities related to testing and releasing active substance lots, as well as supervising QA activities within a biotechnological production site based in Switzerland. The position covers lot release, transfers, and validation of analytical methods, the quality control of raw materials, the implementation of quality procedures, the monitoring of deviations from standard operating procedures, the investigation of non-conformities, the preparation of reports and documentation related to quality activities, the coordination with other departments such as production, procurement, and logistics. The Expert QA for QC will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. The ideal candidate should have a degree in life sciences or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO 13485 is required. Experience with LIMS, ELN, and other laboratory information systems is an asset. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
