Panora was founded by Diane and Fabian. Diane spent several years in venture capital with strong operational experience and knows firsthand the challenges of scaling complex businesses. Fabian is a serial founder and product-oriented AI engineer, a pioneer in building AI systems that truly work in production. Together, they decided to create Panora to transform insurance operations into a real-time competitive advantage for brokers.

Why this role exists

We have built an AI that reads contracts, compares coverages, and generates coverage analyses at scale. The technology works. We now need someone to make it brilliant: someone meticulous enough to spot every gap, experienced enough to know what truly matters in a policy, and curious enough to want to shape AI from the inside.

You will be Panora's insurance brain, the person who reviews what our AI produces, verifies every summary, and feeds their expertise back into the system for continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to experience the AI transformation from the inside and actively participate in building the future of brokerage.

Your responsibilities

• AI Output Verification, contract by contract. You will review the summaries, coverage analyses, and recommendations generated by our AI. You will verify their accuracy, correct errors, and ensure that each output meets the level of requirement that a broker would stake their reputation on. Your meticulous eye is the last line of defense before outputs reach clients.

• The Feedback Loop That Makes Our AI Smarter. You will identify patterns in what the AI succeeds and fails at. You will work with product and engineering teams to feed your insurance expertise back into the system — improve prompts, refine reasoning, encode nuances that only years of experience can grasp.

• Client Support and Trust. You will support client onboarding and daily usage, helping brokers understand and trust the AI's outputs. When questions arise, you will provide the credibility and expertise needed to explain, reassure, or correct.

• Property & Casualty and Health Insurance Expertise. You will bring deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and Health insurance: the two pillars of our current product. You will master their specifics and ensure our AI handles both with accuracy.

Your Profile

• Experience as a broker, underwriter, or in a technical coverage analysis role

• Deep expertise in P&C and/or Health: you know these products inside out

• Meticulous by nature: you are the person who spots the exclusion buried on page 47

• You read a contract and immediately identify what matters, what's missing, and what could harm a client

• You write clearly and can explain complex insurance concepts to non-experts

• You are genuinely curious about what AI is changing for our industry, excited to experience it from the inside and contribute to it

• You are comfortable with ambiguity and value insurance expertise more than the comfort of routine

• Fluent in French; English is a plus

Recruitment Process

1. Intro call with the Hexa Talent team (30 minutes)

2. Fit call with Diane to understand your background and expertise (30 minutes)

3. A real insurance scenario: review an AI-generated summary, identify gaps, and explain how you would improve the output (to be done at home + 45-minute debrief with Diane and Fabian)

4. A meeting with Fabien (CTO)

5. An interview with Matthieu, Partner at Hexa
