About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Pick & Pack Warehouse Operators for our Christchurch sites. These are temp-to-perm roles. Previous pick-packing experience is required; experience in FMCG environments and operating a powered pallet truck is advantageous.
You will work across various environments, which may include chiller, freezer and ambient, lifting cartons weighing up to 20kgs repetitively. Reliable transport is essential. This role offers overtime and skill-building opportunities, with potential for ongoing employment.

Flexible Work Options:
Shifts are available to suit your lifestyle:
- Morning Shift: 5:30am–2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 1:30pm – 10:00pm
- 5 days on and 2 days off
- Sunday - Thursday, Friday to Monday
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday Highly Regarded
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using a voice picking device (voice picking experience a plus, not mandatory)
- Lift cartons weighing up to 20kg repeatedly
- Operate powered pallet trucks (jigger license is advantageous but not required)
- Perform general warehousing duties as needed
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous pick-packing experience; FMCG experience a bonus
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting
- Positive attitude, highly motivated and strong work ethic
- Reliable transport
- Eligible to work in New Zealand and able to provide at least 2 references
- Must pass a drug test and disclose any criminal history
