About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Pick & Pack Warehouse Operatives for our Christchurch sites. This is a temp-to-perm role, with the ideal candidate able to work full-time during the peak Christmas and New Year period. Previous pick-packing experience is required; experience in FMCG environments and operating a powered pallet truck is advantageous.
You will work across chiller, freezer, and ambient environments, lifting cartons weighing up to 20kgs repetitively. Reliable transport is essential. This role offers overtime and skill-building opportunities, with potential for ongoing employment after the peak season.

Flexible Work Options:
Shifts are available to suit your lifestyle:
- Days: 5:30am – 2:00pm
- Afternoons: 1:30pm – 9:30pm or 2:30pm – 11:00pm
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using a voice picking device (voice experience a plus, not mandatory)
- Lift cartons weighing up to 20kg repeatedly
- Operate powered pallet trucks (Jigger license advantageous but not required)
- Perform general warehousing duties as needed
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous pick-packing experience; FMCG experience a bonus
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, and strong work ethic
- Reliable transport
- Eligible to work in New Zealand and able to provide at least 2 references
- Must pass a drug test and disclose any criminal history
- Able to work full-time during the Christmas and New Year peak period
