Location: Silverdale, Auckland Based

Shifts/Roster:

Monday to Friday ideally with flexibility to work on the weekends
AM Shift: 5:00am - 5:00pm (Hours may vary depending on work volume)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Setting up and removing traffic management equipment.
Assisting with site setup and clean-up.
Operating the stop/go paddle.
Communicating clearly via radio transmitters.
Maintaining traffic management sites as needed.
Completing on-site records and paperwork.
Interacting with the public while ensuring their safety.

What We’re Looking For:

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transport to get to and from job sites.
TMO-P Ticket holder (preferred but not essential)
Strong focus on health and safety.
Experience in traffic management (preferred but not essential).
Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and perform manual labor.
Strong team player with the ability to handle challenging situations.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history check.
