Experienced Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

A well-established and reputable construction and engineering firm operating within the civil and infrastructure sector, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from a commercial perspective and will be expected to run projects independently. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities Manage project costs, valuations, variations, and financial reports Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive salary package Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive working environment Opportunities for career progression and growth
