Experienced property manager

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to ensure the comprehensive management of a portfolio of institutional properties located in the region. Your daily tasks will include: - Technical management of the properties: monitoring maintenance subscriptions, managing claims, overseeing works, as well as handling invoices and budget control.- Portfolio analysis: regular tracking of movements (vacant, occupied), continuous performance monitoring, and implementation of actions to optimize the portfolio's overall performance.- Regular reporting to stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and other relevant parties.- Collaboration with internal teams, such as accounting, finance, and legal departments, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.- Continuous professional development through training, workshops, and networking events to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
