Lumen Partners is seeking an Experienced Plumbing Estimator based in LATAM to integrate directly into the operations of a high-growth, California-based plumbing and drain service company. We are not looking for someone to just punch numbers; we need a strategic, communicative estimator who can effectively collaborate with our team to drive business growth through accurate and timely estimates. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating complex plumbing projects, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to work independently while maintaining open communication lines with the operations team.
