Experienced Mechanic Wanted

Manveer Transport Pty LTD T/ A Light & Heavy Torque Masters is Automotive Repair Shopbased in Rocklea, QLD, specialising in the servicing, maintenance, and repair of light andheavy vehicles. Due to ongoing business demand, we are seeking a qualified andexperienced Motor Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair company vehicles including trucks, trailers, and lightvehicles
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative servicing
• Identify mechanical and electrical faults and carry out repairs efficiently
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
• Work collaboratively with management to minimise vehicle downtime

Skills & Experience Required

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant work experience as a mechanic
• Experience working with commercial vehicles or transport fleets (preferred)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
