Experienced Logistics Supervisor H/F

In this role as Experienced Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate all logistics operations on site to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and flows in accordance with quality, safety, security, and environmental requirements.

Your responsibilities

Logistics activity management :

• Supervision of internal logistics teams and subcontractors
• Coordination of incoming/outgoing flows: materials, equipment, spare parts
• Management of warehouse operations, handling, transportation, and storage

Inventory management and procurement :

• Optimization of stock levels
• Tracking of material movements using IT tools
• Ensuring traceability and compliance with receptions and shipments

Performance monitoring and reporting :

• Setting up and tracking logistics indicators (KPI)
• Writing reports, analyzing deviations, regular reporting to the hierarchy

Safety, security, quality :

• Maintaining compliance with nuclear reference standards
• Applying QHSE rules across all logistics operations
• Active participation in audits, inspections, and non-conformity treatment

Cross-functional interface :

• Tight collaboration with maintenance, production, procurement, transport, and safety teams
• Managing priorities in line with site operations planning
