Experienced Disability Services Officer Wanted

The Role We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Disability Services Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide direct support to clients, coordinate individual care plans, facilitate communication between clients, families, and healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of person-centred care plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting on client outcomes, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, occupational therapy, or a related field); • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the disability sector; • Strong understanding of the NDIS and its principles; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
