Job description

We are looking for a DevOps engineer with at least 5 years of experience, with mixed responsibilities: development (back-end), maintenance, and building pipelines from scratch. The role involves using technologies such as Python, Java (Spring Boot), SQL, and DevOps concepts and cloud services (especially AWS).

You will work in a hybrid environment (part-time at the office in Bucharest, part-remote) with colleagues from back-end, DevOps, and testing.

Main responsibilities:

Development of back-end components using Python and Java (Spring Boot)
Maintenance, optimization, and extension of existing code
Designing and implementing pipelines from scratch or improving existing ones
Managing and optimizing cloud services in AWS (deploy, monitor, autoscaling, etc.)
Integrating continuous delivery and automation concepts on DevOps principles
Contributing to architecture decisions and process improvements
Ensuring code quality, writing tests, and technical documentation
