Experienced Core Logger

Our client is seeking a Geologist with strong core logging experience to join a busy mine near Nyngan. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for logging drill core, assisting with sampling and QA/QC, and working closely with a skilled geology team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to both exploration and production programs while enjoying a roster that provides real work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Logging core for lithology, structure, mineralisation, and geotechnical data

• Mark-ups, sampling, QA/QC checks, and core dispatch

• Supporting drilling programs and geological data collection

• Contributing to a safe and high-performing team environment

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or Earth Sciences

• Demonstrated core logging experience (exploration or mining)

• Strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and teamwork skills

• Manual driver's licence
