Tatts Hotel Toowoomba is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our dynamic team. We are a busy venue known for quality food, great service, and a vibrant atmosphere, and we’re seeking someone who can bring creativity, consistency, and energy to our kitchen.

What we’re looking for:

1. Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant, pub, or hotel environment
2. Strong knowledge of modern Australian cuisine and pub classics
3. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
4. Excellent organisational and communication skills
5. Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
6. Team player with a passion for hospitality

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
2. Assist in menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings
3. Maintain stock control and minimise waste
4. Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently
5. Train and mentor junior staff as required
