Royal Tarka, a renowned Indian restaurant located in West Swan, WA, is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering authentic, high-quality Indian cuisine with exceptional customer service, and we are looking for someone who can uphold our standards of excellence.

• Plan, prepare, and cook authentic Indian dishes with consistency and high standards.
• Develop and create specialty menus, including seasonal or promotional dishes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.

• Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Chef in an Indian restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with excellent time management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
