Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to high standards

1. Assist with menu planning, food prep, and stock control
2. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
3. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
4. Ensure excellent presentation and consistency of dishes
