Mamos Greek Street Food is looking for skilled and experienced individuals to join our team! We specialize in authentic Greek souvlaki and gyros, and we need fast, efficient, and reliable team members to help us serve up fresh, high-quality dishes.

Job Requirements:

✅ Experience in assembling souvlaki and gyros plates is mandatory
✅ Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
✅ Precision and attention to detail when preparing food
✅ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
✅ Extensive knowledge and practical skill on food safety standards

Job Responsibilities:

- Assembling souvlakis, gyros plates, and wraps to perfection
- Managing portions and ensuring food consistency
- Keeping the assembly line organized and stocked
- Maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards
- Working under pressure to ensure fast service times
