Experienced Case Worker

Our client is a renowned social services organisation who are looking for a committed professional to join their supportive residential services in Auckland, working with individuals navigating addiction, and mental health challenges. This is a full-time, permanent position in Central Auckland. As part of a multidisciplinary team—including caseworkers, support staff, and AOD clinicians—you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. Your role will involve Supporting residents to achieve their goals through goal-setting, case management, and advocacy; Providing individualised support to residents with complex needs; Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans; Maintaining accurate records of resident progress and outcomes; Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of service policies and procedures.
