Job Description We’re looking for an Experience Manager who can help our Hosts shape world-class guest experiences every day, by: Leading and supporting our team through coaching, motivation and embodying our culture Championing the guest experience and ensure every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories. Keeping the operation running smoothly - coordinating rosters, scheduling, budgeting and day-to-day planning. Supporting performance goals , helping implement plans and monitoring key results. Ensuring seamless execution of events and activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences. Providing guidance and support to Hosts to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for growth and development. Being an ambassador for Wētā Workshop Unleashed, embodying our values and representing us in all interactions.
