Interested candidates, kindly mail to [email protected] Job Purpose: To track and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders and by proactively identifying and resolving schedule-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Track purchase orders from issuance to delivery ensuring adherence to agreed delivery schedules and milestones. Follow up with vendors on manufacturing progress, inspection readiness, dispatching and delivery status. Proactively identify and resolve schedule-related issues that may impact timely delivery of materials and services. Ensure all stakeholders are informed of any changes or updates related to the purchase order. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays in procurement operations. Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure timely closure of purchase orders. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
