Forwarder

For our vacancy as Air Freight Export Clerk in Machelen, you will perform the following tasks;

• Organizing and coordinating global transports from A to Z.
• Meticulously tracking shipments.
• Maintaining customer contact by phone and email.
• Building and maintaining commercial contacts.
• Maintaining contact with airlines, other suppliers, and road transport companies.
• Requesting, checking, booking & invoicing costs in the operational software application.
• Correctly handling complaints and inquiries from our customers.

For this vacancy as an export clerk in Machelen, you should best meet the following expectations:

• Relevant work experience as an air freight forwarder or with a logistics service provider (minimum 2 years of experience).
• Flexible attitude, stress-resistant, independent, and enthusiastic.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Excellent communication skills, both by phone and in person.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
