As an Export Agent, you are responsible for a varied range of tasks and you play a crucial role in our export process. Your tasks as an Export Agent: Organizing bookings with airlines to transport shipments on time and efficiently Preparing airway bills and other export documents, in accordance with applicable regulations Providing excellent customer service and maintaining contact with customers and partners Monitoring the status of shipments and proactively intervening in case of problems Handling customs formalities and ensuring compliance with regulations Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth handling of export shipments.
