To strengthen our leadership team at the Königstein location near Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated franchise expansion manager and founder coach (m/w/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Aufgaben

• Your role at ENERDOMO:

  You coach and motivate our new franchise partners on their path to successful self-employment in building energy consulting.

• You accompany the franchise partners through all phases from business planning to the opening of their own ENERDOMO office.

• You use modern digital tools for efficient workflows and communication.

• You work closely with our teams in sales, marketing, and franchise consulting.

• You travel to the opening ceremonies of new locations and actively support their success.

Qualifikation

• At least 2 years of professional experience in areas such as expansion, leadership, sales, real estate, business planning or coaching
• A high affinity to topics like energy efficiency, sustainability and service
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with digital work tools
• A flexible, action-oriented and motivated personality who wants to make a career in building energy consulting
