Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche technische Betreuung eines anspruchsvollen Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilienportfolios
• Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen, sicheren und störungsfreien Gebäudebetriebs
• Planung, Steuerung und Qualitätskontrolle von Instandhaltungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Wartungsmaßnahmen
• Auswahl, Beauftragung und Koordination externer Fachfirmen sowie Überwachung der Leistungserbringung
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Betreiberpflichten sowie technischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Anforderungen
• Durchführung technischer Objektbegehungen und Ableitung geeigneter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung sowie Steuerung technischer Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität und Terminen
• Technischer Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer, Mieter sowie interne Fachbereiche
• Je nach Erfahrung Übernahme der Steuerung von Modernisierungs-, Umbau- oder Sanierungsmaßnahmen

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit immobilien- oder gebäudetechnischem Schwerpunkt
• Berufserfahrung im Technischen Property Management, Facility Management oder in der technischen Betreuung von Immobilien
• Gute Kenntnisse der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sowie der relevanten gesetzlichen Anforderungen
• Wirtschaftliches Denken und ein lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
• Organisationsgeschick sowie Freude an der Koordination unterschiedlicher Projektbeteiligter
• Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
• Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Anwendungen
