Job description

Exflor is looking for a dedicated and passionate store director to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our high standards of service and products are maintained. Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the store staff and ensuring a motivated and well-prepared team
  • Managing inventory, procurement, and maintaining an optimal level of products
  • Implementing sales strategies and promoting products
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment according to company standards
  • Interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships
  • Generating periodic reports on sales, inventory, and store performance
  • Planning and monitoring orders in and between stores
  • Monitoring shelf prices according to company policies
  • Prioritizing staff and continuously monitoring the implementation of planograms and standards for in-store presentation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales or store management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently
  • Oriented towards results and attention to details
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including availability to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Bulletproof administrator, experience in managing relationships with suppliers and customers.
