Exercise Specialist

Our client helps people to live better by moving better. They are expanding their team and is seeking Exercise Specialists to work in partnership with physiotherapists to help their clients with musculoskeletal conditions and post-surgery rehabilitation. As an Exercise Specialist, your primary role is to: Conduct exercise sessions as part of a broader rehabilitation treatment plan for clients with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries; Help clients with injuries move and live better through exercise and education; Work closely with physiotherapists to develop and implement individualized exercise programs that meet the unique needs of each client; Provide education and support to clients to help them understand the importance of exercise in their rehabilitation and how to incorporate it into their daily routine; Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients; Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in exercise science and rehabilitation; and Contribute to the development of new exercise programs and protocols to improve client outcomes.
