Practice Information: This community-based, interprofessional practice is seeking a part-time Exercise Physiologist to join our team. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exercise programs and education to patients with chronic diseases, injuries, and other health conditions. You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nurses. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for exercise and health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
