Exercise Physiologist - ongoing clinical training and PD - Grafton, NSW

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join an expanding team in Grafton, NSW.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, match client goals with tailored exercise interventions, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support total rehabilitation and wellness.
You will work with a diverse client base across musculoskeletal rehab, chronic disease management, disability, workplace health, and pre-employment assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality exercise physiology services across a broad range of conditions
• Conduct health and rehabilitation assessments and set individual goals
• Design and prescribe evidence-based exercise programs
• Complete pre-employment medical assessments
• Work across a variety of settings including onsite gym, consulting rooms and hydrotherapy
• Build strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with fellow allied health practitioners to deliver holistic care
• Participate in relationship management and business development activities

About you:

• Degree in Exercise Physiology
• ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• A proactive, growth-focused mindset
• Commitment to delivering exceptional clinical care
