Exercise Physiologist - Neurological Rehab - SE Melbourne - Starting Feb 2026!

Our Client:

Our client is a growing private practice who specialises in treating a broad spectrum of neurological conditions. Their highly-skilled team is comprised of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who work collaboratively to service clients with a range of conditions including SCI, neuromuscular disorders, ABI and other neurological presentations.

About the Role:

We are currently looking for an Exercise Physiologist to take on a specialised neurological therapy role in Inner South East Melbourne, starting February 2026.

In this role, you will implement best-practice, evidence-based physiotherapy across a broad range of neurological conditions. You will participate in collaborative goal planning for clients and prescribe specialised therapy equipment to meet their functional needs. This is an excellent opportunity to extend your skills in neurological therapy within an environment that prioritizes your growth through ongoing professional development.

About You:

• Current ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist registration
• 1-2 years experience with some exposure to neuro caseload
• 2-3 years working experience minimum, with some exposure to working with adult neurological populations.
• Exposure to Spinal Cord Injury is a bonus
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Experience working with funding bodies such as TAC and NDIS (desirable)
• A passion for high-quality service delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Drivers licence and vehicle
• Eligible to work permanently in Australia
