Account Executive - Mid-Level

Responsible for managing client relationships, acting as the main interface between the company, insurers, and operators. Acts in conducting the demands of the portfolio, monitoring indicators, renewal processes, negotiations, and initiatives aimed at the quality of service, adherence to deadlines, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform consultative service to clients, acting as the main point of contact for the company;
• Maintain relationships with insurers, operators, and other suppliers, monitoring demands and negotiations;
• Prepare and present management reports, portfolio indicators, and claims reports;
• Conduct periodic visits to clients and insurers to strengthen relationships and monitor demands;
• Coordinate policy renewal processes, from market study to the implementation of negotiated conditions;
• Negotiate adjustments and commercial conditions with insurers and operators. Monitor the execution of operational activities for the portfolio, including registration changes, reimbursements, billing, and other administrative routines;
• Conduct Q&A sessions, communication actions, and guidance to beneficiaries regarding contracted benefits;
• Monitor service levels (SLAs), ensuring adherence to deadlines and the quality of deliverables;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions that add value to the client;
• Plan, conduct, and present meetings with clients, demonstrating indicators, claims, implemented actions, and opportunities for improvement in benefits management;
• Support clients in critical situations, conducting negotiations with insurers and operators until demands are resolved.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Completed Higher Education;
• Knowledge of ANS regulations;
• Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite;
• Experience in insurance brokerage, health operators, and insurers;
• Experience with client portfolio management and benefits renewals;
• Knowledge of the corporate benefits market.
