As a Sales Manager, you will be a key element in maintaining, prospecting, and specifying business opportunities with 3M Industrial Tapes and Adhesives solutions for industrial clients. With a fundamental role in identifying project opportunities, negotiation, reversing competition, and monitoring sales of products from the IATD Division (Industrial Tapes and Adhesives). The impact you will make in this role

• Identify and analyze the potential opportunities for 3M in this market;
• Lead the development and implementation of opportunities with regional action in the states of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo;
• Implement a routine of visits to clients under your responsibility, as well as support key client developments through Salesforce (time management, opportunities, and territory);
• Work on specifying 3M products within clients and through sales channels (Distributors and Industrial Converters);

Your skills and experiences

To succeed in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Higher education degree completed;
• Experience in sales in the industrial market;
• Skill in developing applications of solutions in industrial processes;
• Availability for travel;
• Reside in the state of Rio de Janeiro or region;

Additional qualifications that can help you have even more success in this role include:

• Advanced English;
• Intermediate Spanish;
• Experience with industrial tapes and adhesives;
• Experience in the industrial market and the gas and oil segment;

Work location:

• Work location: This role follows a remote work model, but will be linked to the central office of 3M in Sumaré, Brazil;
• Travel: May include 80% national travel and 20% international travel.
• Reassignment: N/A;
