Executive TPU - Pulses Processing

Role Third Party Manufacturing Operations: Manage end to end operations at third party pulses processing units. Manufacturing/Production/Processing of pulses at TPU To meet daily, weekly and monthly production volume requirement To meet all production targets ensuring quality, on time delivery and optimization of resources. To work on continuous process improvement and avoid rework. Monitor processing yields, recoveries, and productivity to achieve cost and efficiency targets. Track processing yields, recoveries, and productivity to achieve cost and efficiency targets. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Coordinate with third party manufacturing units for production planning and execution. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Develop and maintain relationships with third party manufacturing partners. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on production performance and progress towards targets. Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stock levels and optimize storage capacity. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Manage and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the production process. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from target performance. Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices, quality control and continuous improvement. Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
