About the Role

As an Executive Talent Partner (m/f/d), you will fill what are arguably the most critical key positions for our M&A growth trajectory. When we acquire real estate management companies, leadership is the most important lever for turnaround. We quickly replace existing management with technology-oriented, dynamic leaders. Your mission is to identify, inspire, and recruit these future managing directors for Buena.

Working at Buena means full ownership from day one. As the second member of our Executive Search & Talent team, you will take strategic responsibility for the leadership pipeline of our portfolio of over 500 employees. You will work at eye level directly with our management as well as the M&A teams at our Berlin headquarters, making executive recruiting a central driver of our corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• You will spend 80% of your time on direct approach and sourcing managing directors via LinkedIn, Xing, Stepstone, as well as cold calling.

• You will build, optimize, and manage the entire end-to-end recruiting process as well as our CRM systems for maximum efficiency.

• You will seamlessly link the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline, ensuring instant closing after deal completion.

• You will systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.

You are a good fit if you

• Have at least one to three years of measurable success in executive search, headhunting, or tech recruiting, and have demonstrably filled senior roles successfully.

• Possess high resilience in direct approach, act with absolute confidence, and work extremely result-oriented.

• Speak German at a native level.

• Approach your tasks in an extremely structured, analytical, and data-driven manner.

• Utilize modern sourcing tools, CRM systems, and AI applications as levers for your daily performance.

• Are willing to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg.
