This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment plan that includes sourcing, marketing, and outreach efforts to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with Walmart's business objectives and values. • Identifying and hiring top performers who align with Walmart's culture and values. • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans. • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters. • Analyzing and reporting on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of our efforts. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. • Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that leverage technology and social media. • Collaborating with other teams to develop and implement programs that support diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Providing coaching and guidance to recruiters on effective sourcing and interviewing techniques. • Identifying and addressing any biases or barriers that may impact the hiring process. • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
