Executive, Senior Facilities

Plans, directs and coordinate activities concerned with the operations, repair maintenance and construction of facilities, equipment, air conditioning system, tools and equipment, housekeeping, waste management and hygiene & sanitary matters, electrical maintenance, buildings and grounds to minimize interruption and improve efficiency. Plans such matters as design and development of plant facilities, formulation and operating rules, regulations and procedure. Formulated procedure for use in every day operations. Coordinates activities with other departments to ensure effective and efficient operation of facilities. Conducts inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment and tools. Provides guidance and direction to subordinate staff on matters related to facility management. Maintains accurate records and reports on facility operations, maintenance and repairs. Analyzes data and makes recommendations for improvements in facility operations and maintenance. Collaborates with other departments to develop and implement strategies for improving facility efficiency and reducing costs. Develops and manages budgets for facilities maintenance and repair projects. Conducts research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Provides technical assistance and guidance to staff on matters related to facility management. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Ensures that all facilities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and codes. Develops and implements emergency response plans and procedures. Conducts training sessions for staff on facility management best practices. Provides support and guidance to staff on matters related to facility operations and maintenance.
