About the Role We are hiring an Executive Search Senior Associate to support Gold & Aron CEO and COO across high-impact searches in Technology and Financial Services in a premium boutique environment. The role blends deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting for several clients simultaneously. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting thorough candidate research and sourcing top-tier talent through various channels; • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences; • Collaborating with the CEO and COO to identify key requirements and develop tailored search strategies; • Managing multiple searches simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines; • Providing exceptional client service, ensuring timely communication and regular updates; • Utilizing CRM tools to track candidate interactions and maintain accurate records; • Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field); • 3+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field; • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify key talent and build strong relationships; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and candidates; • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
