This role is for recruiters who like to move fast, think strategically, and stay hands-on. You'll lead omnichannel headhunting through direct calls, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach, while working closely with executives in a high-performance, results-driven environment. As an Executive Recruiter at H!KINEX, you will be responsible for managing multiple searches simultaneously, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
