Executive Producer

We are looking for an executive producer who can execute large-scale TV, digital, and on-ground properties while managing budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and commercial delivery end-to-end. What you'll do? Lead production operations across TV channels and digital platforms — resource planning, delivery timelines, the works. Own cross-functional coordination across editorial, production, sales, marketing, finance, legal, tech, and logistics. Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, vendor negotiations, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery, while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for successful property execution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients. Provide expert guidance on production operations, budgeting, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution. What we're looking for? Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale projects across multiple platforms. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage competing demands. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., film, television, communications) or equivalent experience.
