Executive, Learning & Development (HR, Logistics Industry)

Responsibilities: Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in the logistics industry. Identify training needs and conduct training needs analysis to develop targeted learning solutions. Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to the specific needs of logistics professionals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR and operations teams, to ensure alignment between learning and development initiatives and business objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including educational institutions, industry associations, and professional organizations, to leverage their expertise and resources in support of organizational goals. Provide guidance and support to employees on the application of new skills and knowledge in the workplace. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, making recommendations for improvement and continuous quality enhancement. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
