Job description

Responsibilities: Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Identify training needs and conduct training needs analysis to develop targeted learning solutions. Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning programs and business goals. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support learning and development efforts. Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and professional growth opportunities.
