As an Executive - HSEQ, you will be responsible for leading our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) initiatives globally. This role is critical to ensuring the well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth while maintaining a strong focus on HSEQ performance. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing global HSEQ policies and procedures • Collaborating with regional teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards • Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans • Providing training and coaching to employees on HSEQ best practices • Monitoring and reporting on key HSEQ metrics and KPIs • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
